Pros
The employees at Crum and Forster are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The company is very flexible with hours.
Cons
The only downside I can think of is they do not have any actual simulation training programs for virtual claims. When it comes to learning the claims system, you learn by doing the real thing, which is not a bad thing at all.
