Difficult work environment, if you don't speak Creole or Spanish it is very difficult to communicate with employees, fire people for no reason and no notice, management seems to be okay with really long hours and supervisors doing hourly work constantly, little to no communication from managers, it seems that if you have not been with the company for a while you are treated like a stranger outsider and not really included
