We take your concerns around performance management, compensation, and growth seriously. Promotions are carefully considered, and we can assure you that they are awarded based on merit. For example, during 2025 we promoted a senior staff member to Supervisor just 4 months after passing the CFE. We also feel that we provide a competitive total compensation package. Many factors are considered beyond base salaries including paid overtime as well as low expected overtime hours. During 2025 we enhanced our employee benefits program based on feedback received; this enhancement included the introduction of an employee RRSP matching program that is available to all staff. In addition to our enhanced benefits program, we also offer flexible work arrangements through our Flexibility program, and offices for all senior staff accountants and above. It's important to us to continuously work on improving employee experience and maintaining a respectful and inclusive workplace where employees feel comfortable asking questions and engaging in open dialogue, including around compensation.
