Pros
Consistently busy with a positive outlook on the future. Decent pay, not sure if comparable with other construction companies in the area.
Cons
Medical Benefits are bad. Management no longer cares about the employees, no longer a benefit to work for a company that achieved so much in the past. Mentality seems to be "earn your paycheck and go home", "over work and underpaid"
