Pros
Endless supply of energy drinks! Most importantly, if you have half a brain you'll always feel like the smartest person in the office.
Cons
Micromanagement from the executive team who have ZERO experience with computer programming. A bag of rocks would have more brainpower than the entire management team, and that might be giving them too much credit. We promise people jobs, but in reality it would be impossible to place them anywhere. Sad!
