      Easy work if you're a fast typist

      Cons

      Even if you're reasonably fast, your per hour wage depends on how many tasks you complete. My average hourly wage was around $6, and it's self-employment income, so I got slammed at tax time.

      Pros

      No offense but this company does not pay enough to be asking job seekers to study their stylebooks and take quizzes on their stylebook JUST to get an interview. You might make 50 bucks at month at best at this place, to ask interviewees to spend hours learning your branding just to be outright rejected for the job is absurd. You can all do better for 10 cents a minute. Go somewhere else.
