Management is fantastic and great clients to work with as well. Management is lenient and understanding and we all feel like friends here. Plenty of time off is granted as well as a fully stocked break room.

I do not have any cons at this time.

The team is small so you have a lot of opportunity to influence the product and have plenty of flexibility, the product is in a good market with a ton of space for innovation, the company has a lot of benefits for being so small, and the team is very collaborative. The CEO has a lot of business experience and knows what he's doing when it comes to bringing up a startup.

The work can be a bit turbulent depending on what clients are asking for (as you can expect in a small company), and sometimes deadlines come up unexpectedly when something falls through the cracks, which might lead to long hours. That seems to be the exception to the rule though.
