Pros
Benefits and PTO were decent. Pay was about average or just slightly above for the field.
Cons
-You are not valued as a worker or a human being; you are expected to perform miracles with little to no resources, and when the leadership team changes the company's vision (multiple times a year), your position can be eliminated for no reason and with no notice. Entire departments have been fired en masse. There is always a fear that you'll be next. -When mistakes are made, big or small, you're called out in front of the entire company. The CEO and upper management will belittle you without hesitation. -Values the company tries to promote like "transparency" and "fighting for customers" are empty promises. Everyone works in a bubble. It's all about making money using whatever means possible, for better or worse. -Changes to UI and how the company as a whole is run are made with no notice, no checks and balances, and not shared with all the teams. Something is always broken on the site. Overall, this was the most toxic work environment I've ever been a part of.
