      Pros

      Crossway functions with integrity and a true team atmosphere. It is a family-run company but without excessive nepotism. They value creativity and being proactive. Crossway pays very competitively and has wonderful benefits. Over all, it is a growing company a place that balances Christian ministry and business profitability extremely well.

      Cons

      Crossway is a small company and thus there is a ceiling on advancement and compensation. There is not a true corporate ladder up which one can climb.
