Great mission, poor leadership - Manager Crossroads Community Services Employee Review

Great cause and important mission. I really enjoyed the busy and lively work environment, and I worked with some wonderful people.

There was a culture of micromanagement and a total lack of support for employees. I repeatedly asked for help on certain projects and had zero support. The leadership has completely changed since I was there so the culture might have changed.

Great mission, nice volunteers, impactful

Poor leadership, low pay (unfortunately expected at a nonprofit), location of facility is not ideal.
