Its a great way to help the city and to work on a project of this size
Cons
Working with the IT people is torture, most are complete idiots from the director down. bad attitudes and riddled with self importance they cant even keep exchange up and running.
They waste money and the CFO has not a clue what he is doing....again bad IT choices made by people without a clue while ignoring those who do know and have a clue.
It pays to be in the click and completely self absorbed to get on in the IT team(s)...
