Pros

Patient load is great. Max of maybe 10 visits a day. Freedom of working yourself to death for a company that will elimate your position in a heart beat.

Cons

Replace nurses with MAs, elimate positions then ask you to stay. I was in constant fear of screwing up and being fired. Management travels in packs.

Pros

Care model is a good one Nurses and providers are able to to give really good care

Cons

Crossover Leadership and HR handle things poorly . Remote supervisors and leaders seem to be easily swayed and fooled by people who are poor performers - including fellow nurses who are in leadership roles; they are able to use and manipulate the system , they leave work for those of us who are hard working, convince leadership of false narratives and spread lies. Certain individuals are able to manipulate this system to skillfully serve their own needs and throw others under the bus in the process . There have been some really good people . Sadly, people with a good work ethic, strong clinical skills, and good hearts have been victim to this. A lot of foolery and denial is going on here at crossover behind the scenes by senior management and HR.
