Experience means nothing! - Curriculum Specialist Crossover Employee Review

The interview was a complete waste of time and a bit of a joke to be honest. I have over 35 years as a Curriculum Developer and Designer, under my belt, but this seemed to mean absolutely nothing to this company. Instead, they based their criteria for employability on whether or not you could get a good score on the 15 minute online test. There was hardly enough time to read through the questions, and the pattern tests were, despite Crossover saying they are a good source of information for deciding one's eligibility for a role, completely irrelevant to the the job (and I'm sure many others they advertise, too.) in hand.
