Office pllicitics but not too serious.

The team that I worked in was amazing. Very supportive supervisor and friendly colleagues. The CEO is approachable and always just wants to do what is best for the company. They aren't afraid of change if they think it will improve their services. They also try their best to change the culture and increase employee satisfaction.

Sometimes staff are resistant to change.
