Cons

1) Managed by non human management 2) Rules keeps changing based on the owners comfortablity 3) LLP company so no PF or gratuity or medical insurance for family . 4) Work pressure is more 5) Feedbacks are taken from office boys and security guard. 6) Based on there feedback your appraisal or work is calculated 7) Timely appraisal is given only to the graphic designer. All other employees will have to wait 2 to 3 month and beg the owner for appraisal. 8) The owner is least bothered of the employees health and will force to come to office even if he or she is not well. 9) Restroom is an issue 10) Work time is increased and break time is reduced.

Pros

This is Fully fraud company

Cons

I bought a Crossbeats product, and it’s a complete waste of money. Their ads and reviews are fake and paid, so don’t trust them. The product is very low quality, and they don’t even offer returns or refunds. Other brands like JBL, Sony, and Boat provide refunds because they sell genuine products, but Crossbeats doesn’t – they just scam people with cheap, Chinese-made products. Please don’t waste your money like I did. Avoid Crossbeats!

Pros

-You will get a great coworkers -You will know how the D2C brand works

Cons

Most of it is a downside itself, Lot of politics Beware you have lot of management spies , All of your conversations are recorded and will be given to the management. Lots of employees churns due to mismanagement and micromanagement. All your good and hard work goes in vain, and there is no vision of growing the company
