      Pros

      Great recruiters. I've had 2 here and they have both been great advocates for me. They listen to my needs and wants regarding location, shifts, and minimum pay necessary. I believe the fact that it's a smaller company, I've gotten more personalized attention when communicating with my recruiters.

      Cons

      They are a smaller company so they may not have the contracts in every location possible. However, it's always possible to see if they can get a desired contract that another company may have. I had private insurance so I cannot comment on the quality of benefits.

      Culture, teamwork, everyone jumps in to help each other, great company where everyone collaborates and wants to win.

      Cons

      There are none. Any challenges are resolved and it’s great.

      Leaving this place has been the only thing good that’s come from it

      Cons

      They have no leadership experience at the CEO level and it shows. The org has no structure, and is failing as it operates.
