      the only pro was great people in the commercial team

      Cons

      - senior management with no management and leadership skills - no appreciation of employees - frequent changes of leadership of the commercial team - no budget for training - not great work environment

      The team was great, as well as my manager.

      The owners run the business very old school. There is no space to grow, no training, and very little trust in people.
