Chaotic schedules Poor management High stress Almost no training Very little room for advancement Left-leaning people are given special treatment. You'll be lectured if you don't play along and expect equal treatment for everyone. A decent snapshot of everything wrong with the current culture that's infecting much of America. The CEO is a minority who attended one of the most prestigious universities in the country, has successfully operated a business for decades, but acts like he's been oppressed. How this makes sense to him is something I cannot understand. Work elsewhere. Everything offered here can be found somewhere else, minus the ideology.
