CrossComm is an amazing place to work. You get the opportunity to work with very talented people and a CEO who gives you space to grow. I loved every part of working at CrossComm.

- Small agency, so work can get a little light - Due to the size of the company, you may experience a few ups and downs.

- Daily learning time to pursue interests (deepen existing knowledge, explore new tech, etc.). - Company values align with making a positive impact on the world and for employees. - Team is smart, fun, and innovative. - Office space for those who want it (in Durham), but a 'work where you work best' policy enables nationwide collaboration and flexibility.

- Consulting shops inherently come with some stress switching project, scaling team size, etc. - Healthcare can get expense for those with a family (HSA is a bonus, very high deductibles, employees are fully paid for so if it's just you, you're golden).
