      Nothing As per me. I am running from court to court to get a settlement from them. If you consider yourself even a bit of a good human, a talented person, never join this company, work for a person who wants betterment of the society, not for someone who will treat you like trash, and this company will treat you like trash

      They are thieves, and complete thugs, they don't value their employees, they have really bad company policies. They haven't paid my last month's salaries now i am running in courts, so my advice would be to save yourself some time and work in a better company

      Pros

      Good company to work if you are willing to comply with management. they give chance to work on some big projects, so good learning and growth. Management and the head are very nice, young and understanding. If you work hard, you can grow here.

      Make u work very hard, don't join if you are uninterested in working and learning. They are very strict about time management
