Pros

- Willing to offer decent benefits. - Many good long time employees that are talented and helpful. - Opportunity to learn a complex business structure. - Diverse technologies merged into a single company offers experience you might otherwise miss. - Nationwide communication and exposure. - Big City locations with small business attitude.

Cons

- Unfortunate drive to be too corporate-like with less attention to employees. - Too much fresh turnover of employees. - Upper management lacks compassion for employees resulting in distrust and feeling under appreciated. Too much power given to a few causing serious productivity issues. - No bonus structure or raises given the few years involved with the company. - Management's odd distrust of employees. - Many important positions manned by inexperienced personnel for the position. - No employee protection – At Will Employer. May be terminated at any time. - Great ideas with an immense capability of doing very well but reduced due to upper management failures and mistrust. Source of company-wide employee depression. - Too many employees multi-tasking resulting in mistakes and long unpaid hours.

Pros

Some of the managers are great and knowledgeable. The industry is interesting and complex, never a dull moment.

Cons

The company is not organized and upper management shares different views and don't seem to be in sync. Company morale is low and HR is not present. Lots of changes in upper management have hinder morale even more specially the constant changes in the HR department. Training and development used to be promoted and now is highly regulated/restricted. Barely any employee activities are done and more restrain policies implemented. There's no stability, salary compensation is very low and annual increases are 3% or less.
