Cross Keys Capital has been a great place to build my career. It is well-run, with a team of experienced managing directors, and the clients are always amazing to work with. I’m very happy to have landed at this investment bank.

It follows an old-school style of banking with limited outsourced administrative work and a zero work-from-home policy.

The exposure an employee gets to the deal lifecycle, being an active participant throughout the stages of a deal, and being involved in a multitude of industries while learning from veterans of the field provides a great setup for career growth.

The hours can get long if the firm is very busy, but it is still a decent work/life balance for investment banking.
