      Decent pay. Good people in local branches

      Cons

      Upper management has no idea what they’re doing, are out of touch with where KPIs should be. No real training to speak of outside of OSHA stuff. Extreme nepotism in the upper circles. Getting rid of regional employees to replace with “national” roles for their friends

      The title says it all, treated with respect from the bottom to the top, pay is above board. Love it here.

      I cant think of many but off the top of my head, too many discussions less decision making.
