Pros

A fair amount of autonomy meant that the learning curve was good, and personal opportunities were there if you wanted to seize them. Working for an international firm meant that international experience came most people's way.

Cons

Unfortunately the autonomy also meant that there was a lack of guidance. And while personal opportunities were there some company opportunities were missed as a result of bad judgement. Ultimately, one felt, the company could have been doing much better. There was a feeling that senior management was tired.

Pros

You have a good chance of meeting new people in position to discuss their business problems and find the best solutions which are both cost and time effective. It is a worthwhile experience.

Cons

Working in third world country like mine it requires a lot of effort in convincing the client about my company which has no office but a representative only, at times it is confusing.
