Pros
The only good reason to work here is to get experience in a field to have on a resume. The actually experience you get from working here changes from field to field, with some getting true hands on experience and training, and others just doing the low end work for a department.
Cons
Management is throughly disconnected to its workers, expecting them to keep up with a demand that has doubled in the past year, without any sort of pay raise nor hiring on new workers. They just expect individuals to figure it out, and do not care about any concerns or requests you may have. They have also taken a downward shift in quality, so if you want to work somewhere where the quality of the work and workers is high, this isn't the place for you.
