Pros
Being that Cronus is a small office environment, I was able to take on many different responsibilities and learn a lot...this is great if you are trying to get back into the finance world or even just entering.
Cons
While being in a small office can have it's pros...yes there are it's cons. You have to really thrive in an office of approximately 7 people. Space is limited so an office (that I actually worked on the build out) fits 3...that same office holds printers, coffee machine, refrigerator, water cooler, supplies, etc. So it tends to become disruptive to the associates/bankers working in there.
