Pros
Decent place to work at first. There was lots of work to keep you very busy and I worked extremely hard. I really liked it at first then I didn't.....this company was just not a good fit for me and maybe it is for someone else. My first boss was great no lying told it to you straight and he didn't hide details. My second boss is in the cons.
Cons
HR manager was fake, disorganized and gossiped about staff and high ups to lower staff when she shouldn't have. For someone who advised not to be friends certainly didn't heed her own advice it just leads to a toxic environment. Operations manager had the attitude of she had something to prove which was essentially that she couldn't fill out paperwork correctly because guess where she had her head stuck? Then blamed others....this place could not keep policies or paperwork in order Covid was a joke! No oversight due to HR staff never there and a crew that just needed to get things done. Supposed to be working from home but when you called HR was out of the home office. We worked hard for 14 hours of overtime the next day entire staff of 9 people was slammed for performance after staying overtime 14 hr day. This was a job that needed at least 15-20 bodies if not more to complete in the time given. In fact the operations plan was for 80 people in that time we had 9. After all that slamming motivating staff was an abomination. Set up to fail! Cameras never worked! Was harassed by an offsite maintenance worker who was allowed to come back on premises...because he apologized for part of what he did...I was told not to mention the full story to HR and cameras didn't work anyhow. The HR manager liked to tell you they worked head of security told me they didn't work yet. There were several times towards leading to the end this place made me feel as if I were possibly crossing employment lines that shouldn't be crossed. This place taught me a lot about where I do not want to work and the type of leader I do not want to be if and when I ever get there. I am really happy I dodged a bullet and parted ways.
