Pros
Lots of room for learning, good atmosphere and benefits. Being in a large group of companies means there is access to a lot of experienced developers in all kinds of fields.
Cons
All companies inside the Cronos group have to listen to what the big guys say. Sometimes the upper management listens, sometimes they don't. Whether that's the good thing, I'll leave in the middle. If you don't ask for it, you won't get a raise. You need to fight for it.
