Pros

Great place for young professionals and new grads who want to learn a great deal, work very long hours for some interesing clients. Firm CEO is incredible guy, wildly creative and bright. Fun culture they work hard to maintain. Several of their design team are abundantly talented and creative. They do really good work.

Cons

If you are mid or sr in your career, may not be the place for you. There is little ability to move or learn or do something new. See above comment about this being a great place to start your career and move on. Management does not know how to manage people. They are essentially a team of wildly bright creatives all going in different directions very fast and furiously while giving no true direction or management to the staff. If you are one of the younger ones, you better be capable and nimble and be able to figure your way on your own. Management titles are merely an indication of your salary - not your skills, experience or day to day tasks. Stay away from interactive. They are a bit of a mess. Good intentions, great ideas, not enough resources, time, or money. They flounder and as they continue to push more into digital space I suspect it will get harder. They keep hiring consultants to tell them how to run their business and brand themselves (which is amusing since that is what their clients hire them for). Worst place to be in this company is in interactive. You do not want to be a PM who does it all (from PM, to IA, SA, QA, etc.) or a developer. From where I sat they had the worst jobs by far - even if doing cool stuff (or trying to).
