Pros
My experience working for Cromsource was, overall, a positive one. My colleagues made the day to day enjoyable and the work made things interesting. My manager didn’t hover, so I was able to learn by doing (which I prefer) and I gained more from working there for a year than I did in all the years I attended school.
Cons
It wasn’t without it’s drawbacks, though. I would say the biggest drawbacks were the pay and the healthcare. I have a pre-existing condition and the healthcare plan I got through the company wasn’t very forgiving of that.
