Very unorganized, lack of communication, and poor management.
When I first got hired the pay wasn't really explained they say that it 41000 guranteed but was making 13 hr (still wasn't explained)
Foreman can disrespect there (helper) and there's no proper channel to help resolve the issue .
You have to drive to each job daily whether it 10m to 1 hr or longer.
If you have a family and like to be around them not a good job.
