Business outlook
Pros
Users and Management are excellent. Everyone is pushed to do better but they actually do seem to care that you are trying to do better. Really enjoy working for a company where I feel valued.
Cons
Infrastructure is a little old and dated and sometimes the lack of a level one help desk hurts productivity. A lot of the management decisions come from Europe so sometimes it makes the work more tedious then needed.
