Great colleagues to work with. The brand is growing. Flexibility and authority in working.

No career path. No benefits i.e. no working abroad policy, commission, health insurance, work from home allowance (also during pandemic). No fair incremental salary. No efficiency in internal processes.

Good culture, people and lots of free crocs.

Overworked managers cannot really train an intern and then cannot get angry when they are not fully prepared.
