It’s exciting to be part of a company which has gained significant market share after only five years in existence. It’s a vibrant company with a great bunch of diverse colleagues. I joined last year and despite my initial concern of whether it was the right environment for me, I quickly felt like I was making a contribution and a difference and realized that you become truly valuable if you can demonstrate expertise, drive and tenacity. I am also impressed with the “green” emphasis Crius adopts through its brands, practices and its involvement in local, national and even international charitable outreach. Great location in downtown Stamford, right next to the restaurants and bars, and a short walk or shuttle rider to Metro North for people like me, who live in NYC. It quickly became apparent to me during the hiring process that Crius has no hang-ups and is a place where you can be yourself. Its commitment to diversity is demonstrated across all levels of the organization, so it’s an aspirational place to work for many people.

The company has outgrown its space and conference/team space is a premium, so they need to consider moving to new, custom built space when their lease is up. Also, being a new company, training and development has been in short supply, so they need to focus on providing more training and development (something that has been promised).
