      Community feeling inside a corporate world. Mr Critz goes above and beyond to care for employees. Co-workers are super friendly and treat you like their own.

      Cons

      Training process is a little frustrating and they use training videos from the 80s. All of that can be overlooked.

      Critz Family Gets promoted first, Weird and non-streamlined processes, some management unfit for position, To many people in some roles while not enough in others.
