      Pros

      None. Overworked, underpaid all for greedy franchise owners that dangle the bonus carrot and don’t care about the customers or employees, only their bottom line.

      Cons

      Constantly having to follow up about commission accuracy, management is severely lacking in all categories. Bonuses are impossible to achieve, and customers are looked at as dollar signs.

      Great benefits. Good pay. Fun job.

      Cons

      Technicians get over worked. Toxic environment to address concerns. When I moved to management I was work 16+ hours a day and was talked down to whenever I tried solving the over working issues. Too much focus on "completing tickets" even though half of work isn't properly sold or even completed. Insult to injury, after I was politely asked to leave, I encountered a rumor from my former manager that I was an alcoholic.
