      A company that has great communication, values employee engagement, and treats you like family. The work environment is demanding and exciting! Employees receive luxuries like company vehicles, leading technology iPads used to write estimates and company cell phones.

      Great benefits. Good pay. Fun job.

      Cons

      Technicians get over worked. Toxic environment to address concerns. When I moved to management I was work 16+ hours a day and was talked down to whenever I tried solving the over working issues. Too much focus on "completing tickets" even though half of work isn't properly sold or even completed. Insult to injury, after I was politely asked to leave, I encountered a rumor from my former manager that I was an alcoholic.
