      Easy and good money - Wildlife Technician Critter Control Employee Review

      Pros

      The days can be short or long but they are busy so it isn’t bad and you only work weekends every so often. You are self managed for the most part but your managers answer if you call. The benefits are pretty good too.

      Cons

      Everyday is different so some may be harder than others but the work is fun and customers really want to see you.

      Great benefits. Good pay. Fun job.

      Cons

      Technicians get over worked. Toxic environment to address concerns. When I moved to management I was work 16+ hours a day and was talked down to whenever I tried solving the over working issues. Too much focus on "completing tickets" even though half of work isn't properly sold or even completed. Insult to injury, after I was politely asked to leave, I encountered a rumor from my former manager that I was an alcoholic.
