Big brands on the roster slide. Flexible working. Generally kind and smart people.
Cons
Creative leadership has zero vision. UX leadership has zero vision. We are now known as a banner shop. We are becoming less technology focused. CCO exhibits extreme favoritism toward their own over titled inner circle. The creative department is predominately one color. The New York office and culture have deteriorated. We just had a large layoff that was labeled restructuring. Honesty and equality have become false values.
