There is no management or strategy in place for the organization. Most companies have plans in place for product launches, growth and advancement. However, you'll find none of those here especially from your canadian counterparts. Get used to being put down out of the gate because your counterparts up north believe every decision they make is the right decision. I haven't seen one good decision made in my almost 1 year on staff.
