Pros

NONE, if I could give them a negative rating I would.

Cons

They scam you and use you to maximize their sales. They make you work like a slave and shame you for not coming in early/ leaving late just to "hang". They lie to you about what they will be paying you in the beginning, it is all a lie. They're idea of base pay means strictly commission based... No sales=No money despite having to stand out side for 10 hours a day in the heat or the rain, they don't care. All they care about is the money coming in. They are incredibility unprofessional with how they handle employees. This place is the worst and a complete scam.

Pros

As most people do when writing their reviews, I looked through some of the others. Some people have spoken about their negative take on doing sales but that's what I was expecting when applying and definitely was the biggest positive element I took from my time here. The team culture is great if you want to be involved in it! They took top performers on trips and in my time there ran different promotions which was interesting to be part of.

Cons

Even though I was forewarned on working harder than what I was used to I was still exhausted after my first week. Took me that week to get used to the fast paced environment.
