Pros

I have a lot of influence over the decisions we make in almost every aspect of the business. My experience at the company and in the industry are being given more consideration as we proceed to grow the company.

Cons

I have many roles that I play on a daily basis. Managing the competing goals can be a challenge. As the company has grown to more employees than we have ever had, and in more locations than before, I no longer have the chance to get to know everyone as well.

* russian-speaking environment and actuallu russians working in the company. * No onboarding process – zero time is allocated for learning; employees are expected to deliver output almost immediately. * Micromanagement culture – if you miss KPIs, you are closely monitored. * Employee activity is tracked using an app that monitors mouse and keyboard usage, adding an extra layer of surveillance. * KPI obsession – quantity is prioritized over quality, process, or innovation. * Psychological pressure – public KPI dashboards create competition and stress. * No focus on quality or sustainability. No internal improvements allowed – only customer-requested changes are implemented, stifling innovation. * Minimal benefits – no laptop or tech licenses provided, no health insurance, no paid sick leave. * Small monetary bonus – $250 per quarter, which may not offset lack of other benefits. * Short-termism – long-term productivity, maintainability, and employee well-being are sacrificed for monthly numbers. * Risk of burnout and turnover – high-pressure environment with little support.
