Thank you for your review and candid feedback. I agree that acquisitions are challenging and may change priorities and redistribute work in ways that can feel overwhelming. That said, I believe that fair compensation is a critical part of the employee experience regardless of whether an employee was directly hired or brought on board as part of an acquisition. Since joining in May, I have put in place semi-annual performance review and compensation cycles with the intention of trying to provide critical performance feedback and an opportunity for both recognition and associated rewards. Of particular importance to me are the employees that we have acquired over the last two years and ensuring they are paid competitively for their roles, experience and markets. We are on the cusp of wrapping up the current performance and compensation cycle with award letters to be distributed by managers over the next two weeks in our upcoming Performance Review Discussions. I have reviewed the recommendations for compensation changes for each employee and believe that we are finally starting to right the ship. If after you have talked with your manager in your performance review discussion you still feel that your compensation isn't being fairly adjusted, please reach out to me so I can learn more about your role and expectations. As the leader of the People team, I strive to create an exceptional employee experience for each of our people regardless of their role, team or location. Part of that equation is competitive pay and benefits. If your experience isn't living up to that, I would love a chance to talk with you about how we could improve. Thank you for your review and feedback. Sincerely, Joe Bast VP, People Crisp, Inc.

Pros

I have never seen a company so "people oriented". You hear the term quite often but never have I seen a company who legitimately cares about the success and happiness of their people. AI is at the forefront of everything we do. Leadership has their finger on the pulse of AI and encourage everyone in the company to leverage AI tools for productivity.

Cons

No company is without their "cons" but I can't think of anything worth pointing out.

Pros

I worked with some smart and hardworking people

Cons

If you enjoy guessing games and surprise plot twists, this place might look interesting at first. Leadership had a talent for saying all the right things in meetings, then doing something completely different once the call ended. Priorities changed all the time, and teams were usually left trying to catch up with decisions nobody saw coming. Pay was lower than expected, which made the pressure even harder to justify. A lot of people focused on politics instead of teamwork because that seemed like the safest way to survive. There was a constant sense of fear, especially when people suddenly disappeared and nobody got clear answers. Mistakes were noticed fast, but real coaching or support was hard to find.
