It is an excellent place to work. They have a solid, repeatable sales motion. The product itself is top of the line compared to competitors.

Can be territory dependent in regard to sales.

Most people were very nice to work with.

CEO didn't have any concept of, or seemingly any interest in morale or esprit de corps. Management had no power to make decisions. CEO ruled with an iron fist, which is unfortunate, because the company could be successful if the people in leadership roles (including the President/COO) were allowed to make decisions and lead their teams.
