Pros
Plastic surgery industry experience. No other pros about this company because they treat employees like dirt, routinely pay late (the little they do pay), and have an arrogance about them that I've never seen before. They micromanage everything and think they're royalty.
Cons
Awful company led by two guys that think they're Steve Jobs and Bill Gates; Crisalix just lacks the vision, products, R&D and any descriptor that would suggest success. This was literally the worst chapter in my career because Crisalix drives you at all hours for miniscule pay, no benefits or equity, and then gives no gratitude for a job well done. On top of that their software is faulty and physicians are constantly complaining about how crappy the software is. Crisalix makes promises to fix it, but it never happens. Stay away from these idiots.
