The management people may abuse your privacy, act disrespectfully. Don't you expect to get support from them. They can fire you anytime they want without any reason.

Good working environment, good locality

Bad interview process, From the receptionist to the manager, the way of tone they use have a sense of authority which they have to show. I asked the receptionist whether they have any key lock in the front, her reply was No, can't you see? open the door and get into the lift, which at first left me with a bad impression. When I entered the interview room, the so called interviewer started as if I'm going to work tomorrow onwards. Not even basic questions, all yes/no questions. She send me a offer letter with many clauses which doesn't even support the employee, but have 100% loyalty towards the company. No background check required. No experience required. I don't want anybody to get into this by their attractive pay.
