Pros

There's not a day that goes by where I don't feel like I have the support I need to be successful in my role. There are a lot of opportunities to collaborate with other departments and stay in the loop on product or press updates. Everyone I've met at Cribl lives by the values set by our founders, which speaks on the integrity of the business and confidence the entire company has in our solutions. Transparency is heavily valued and I know Cribl values every employee as if they were here from the start. Irreverent but serious is another of my favorite values. Perfect balance of work and play.

Cons

Working from home can drive me a little stir crazy but the company combats that with opportunities to rent offices or workspaces. I don't get to physically walk over to a colleagues desk to collaborate but Zoom rooms have been helpful in establishing a more "in-office" feel.

Pros

Tech is still incredible and customers are buying - by far, the biggest pro. The grass isn’t always greener on the other side and there are a ton of startups out there that present a lot of risk vs. a more stable startup like Cribl. There are great and smart people who work here, but a lot are fleeing due to all of the change (per comments below).

Cons

Micromanagement has increased significantly with new rigid processes being implemented. For the tenured sellers here, it feels like we are being treated as if we are brand new to the job. Sales leadership is completely uninspiring, doesn’t show any care for employees and retaining great people Turnover picking up significantly Territory largely determines success Quotas significantly increasing, territories decreasing, and comp plans are much worse this year Path to promotion is not visible
