      Pros

      Continuous work. Recruiter will work hard everyday to keep you working. If you hold down your end of the deal, the recruiter will definitely go all out for you.

      Cons

      At times getting the work site information can be slow getting it from the recruiter. You should be able to re-negotiate your compensation.
