Commission can be inconsistent from month to month. I’ve made as little as $1000 in commission one month and as much as $19,000 another month

The area management is amazing and very supportive. The customers are tough to deal with at times but management is great about stepping in if something gets out of hand.

They offer quarterly bonuses but don't expect to meet the requirements and if you do don't expect to be paid the bonus. The minimum requirements for a bonus are set by Home Depot corporate and based off of customer reviews. No one I worked with in flooring ever received and bonus.
