Friends I made that I still am allowed to talk to today....only because they don't work there anymore either.
Cons
They say it's management training..not true...You are doing door-to-door sales and you work only off commission. If you make no sales that week they give you minimum wage and if you make no sales for almost 3 weeks they get rid of you. You work like the mail man. Rain, shine, snow, tornado, freezing, sweltering. Oh and if you take a break, you aren't cut out for management and should just rethink our whole life. The job is a joke and so is the Manager. Also apparently when you leave you aren't allowed to talk to anyone that doesn't work there and vise versa... If you see this AD my advise to you is to RUN....and hey they would probably like that...they call it sense of urgency!
